This item comes with the shaver (with flip top, for easy cleaning); clear plastic head cover and plug in wall adapter.  I no longer have the user manual, but am sure you can get on off the Panasonic site on the computer.  I will also send a black leather travel pouch for easy storing. 

This item is used, but very clean!!!  The trimmer part has 2 teeth missing on the left side but otherwise it is in very good working condition.
