SCOTT  Release, Adjustable wrist strap with velcro and loop buckle.The wrist strap appears to be a heave leather or leather like material.It doesn't say scott on it so I'm not sure of the brand I just know that it works great. This release has a very easy pull.The jaws are small but precisely shaped for a  very positive release of the string.It is used but in very good condition.The first pic is the whole release.The second is just the jaw and trigger.Thanks for looking.Good luck bidding.
