• What is the DVD Region Code?

  DVDs sold globally are typically encoded to restrict their use to specific locations. That is, a DVD assigned a specific 'Region Code' can only be played within the areas specified in that Region Code. It is therefore important that you make sure that the DVD(s) you are buying are compatible with your DVD player.

  Region 1:	USA, Canada, U.S. Territories
  Region 2:	Japan, Europe, South Africa, Greenland and the Middle East (including Egypt)
  Region 3:	South East Asia (including Hong Kong, S. Korea and Taiwan)

  Region 0 or All Region	This designation indicates that the individual DVD can be played worldwide, i.e. in Regions 1 - 6 DVD players. However, PAL discs must be played in a PAL-compatible unit and NTSC discs must be played in an NTSC-compatible unit

• What are NTSC and PAL Video formats?

  NTSC and PAL are two main television broadcast standards used worldwide. The systems project color images at different frequencies and they are not compatible with each other.

  NTSC is the acronym of the National Television System Committee and this standard is used on North America, Canada, Mexico and Japan.

  PAL stands for Phase Alternating Line and it is the TV standards used for Europe, Hong Kong and the Middle East.

  Note: Most Modern TVs (LCD, Plasma) and Computer Monitors support both video standards, but please check manual to make sure. Most European TVs can also display NTSC signals, but you might need to change your TV settings.

For a DVD to be played back properly on your system, it must match both the region code of your DVD player and video standard of your TV.

Although registered airmail doesn't provide tracking service, it guarantees delivery. Your signature is required on delivery, therefore we recommend a work address if more convenient. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left in mailbox with contact information; you will need to go to your local post office to pick up the item.

We are not responsible for carrier transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays.

If wrong item is sent due to our mistake, we will send you replacement on our cost.

Because jewel cases are fragile and on rare occasion may be damaged during the shipping process, they will not be considered defective if jewel case damage occurs during transit.

Defective product will be replaced after return is received. Buyer will pay for return postage, but we will refund initial shipment charge as compensation.

A: Sorry, sending a jewel case costs much more than the case itself. Due to long distance, we don't cover case damage during transit. You can purchase a brand new jewel case at local store for less than $1.
