It is "Toy Story and Beyond Lost Episodes, Episode #12" - Pizza Planet Rescue (Buzz Lightyear saves the Little Green Men).

It includes: Little Green Men with the Pizza Planet claw (that lifts the men up), Buzz Lightyear (can twist from side to side), and his detachable backpack (with flip-out wings).
