This is a striking single round cut Genuine Diamond Stud Earring.  The diamond measures 2 MM which is about .03 CT.  The diamond is set in a four prong mounting with a screw post and back is marked 14K.  The earring weighs .16 grams and the diamond has nice brilliance and color.  The condition is excellent.
