This auction is for a Star Trek limited edition collector plate from Franklin Mint.  It is 1998 Captain Kirk's Sacrifice. and is number Ra 4061.  At least I think it is an RA.  Check the picture. It is in excellent condition with no issues. No certificate, just the original styrofoam container. Measures 8 1/2 inches tall and 6 1/2 inches wide.  Nice gift for the Trekkie in your life.  Feel free to email questions and thank you for your interest.
