This is a precious little smocked dress. Buttons and ties in back. Smocked across chest. White peter pan collar with plaid trim and flowers.

Underarm to underarm - 12 inches

Top of shoulder to bottom hem - 19 inches

Item is in excellent pre-owned condition with normal wash and wear only.
