Condition of the Playhouse is as follows:

*  The back of the playhouse has some of the sticker that has peeled off.  See the pictures.

*  All the other decals on the outside are in good condition,

*  Inside, the decals are all good, except the rug in the top bedroom has part that has peeled off.

*  The grill has one leg broken off.

*  The figures are all in good condition.

*  The chairs are all in good condition.

*  The lampstand has some scratches on it.

*  The latch on the top that closes the house is broken, however it still is able to close and stay closed.
