Two Rare HO Scale Model Railroad Freight Cars

I am selling off my late uncle's model train collection.  I know very little about model trains, but I will describe them to the best of my abilities and answer all questions as best I can.  So feel free to ask anything you wish.

Here we have two rare Model Railroad Freight Cars.  They are in very good condition and it looks like they have been used only slightly.  H O Scale, I believe.  The first is a BP gas/oil tanker that is listed under the car as being made in Austria by Liliput.  However, the couplings are marked as being Kadee.  The tanker measures five inches long and one and three-eights inches wide.  It is green in color with the BP logo on it.  I am not sure if everything is intact or not, as my train experience is very limited.  The second freight car is a Rock Island Lines, RI 32084, made in Yugoslavia and the couplings say Kaydee.  It measures seven and three-quarter inches long and one and a half inches wide.  It is red in color with a silver roof with black trimming.  Everything looks intact to my untrained eye.  Appears to have no paint loss.  Super find for a collector.
