Product Information
The Maxxum 7000 is a great autofocus camera for both the beginner and intermediate photographer. In "Program" mode, it is as simple to use as a "point and shoot" camera, yet has the flexibility of Maxxum s interchangeable lens system. To expand your creative control, you can select "Aperture-priority" mode (to control background blur), "Shutter-priority" mode (action pictures) or go completely manual and control both functions. The camera beeps if you are at risk of taking a blurry picture (due to a slow shutter speed) and also to let you know you are in focus. As well, the unit gives visual cues if exposure or focus are out of range.

I am the original and only owner of this camera.  I am by no means an expert on cameras and intended to get better with the manual settings on this.  As a result, this camera is sold as is.  I believe it to be working properly and the lenses alone would have value if you have a Minolta Camera with the same style mount.  This item has NO RESERVE.  This camaera was introduced as a significant milestone in photography.  It was the first to feature both integrated autofocus (AF) and motorised film advance, the standard configuration for later amateur and professional single lens reflex cameras. I will ship only to the lower 48 states via UPS.  Insurance is included up to $100 in the UPS shipping rates listed.  I will ship the next business day after receiving your payment via Paypal only.
