This is a new Iphone. No scratches, jailbroken and is UNLOCKED. The firmware is 3.1 so is not lock to att. It comes the phone, usb cable, car charger, wall charge. No box. Is a new phone thought I got it replaced of my old one but I prefer using another phone and sell this new one. It also has Cydia install for free applications.
