Working condition is unknown.  I tried to charge to battery but no luck.  Last time I used the thing it worked and that was a few years ago.  Comes with SIM card. I used the phone with Cellular one (NOW ATTT) and got great reception.  I don't know whats wrong with the phone maybe its something stupid that u can fix and I can't.  HAPPY BIDDING!!  comes with hands free headset and headphones and charger
