If you would like us to configure Web or picture messaging for Tmobile, AT&T or Old AT&T Wireless, please include a note with the carrier information and services used when you make the payment. At this time we are only able to configure these services for the carriers stated here (Tmobile, Cingular/New AT&T or Old AT&T Wireless) . If you only include your carrier information we will configure WAP and MMS (Picture Messaging) if you put Cingular (or New AT&T), T-Zones and MMS (Picture Messaging) if you put Tmobile and mMode/MMS if you opt for Old AT&T Wireless. Note that we will perform these configurations as a good customer service gesture and are not responsible if the carrier changes any configurations later or if the services stop working for any reason. If you use any other special services with the above carrier such as Cingular Data Connect or Tmobile Internet other than T-Zones then please check with us before you order if we are able to configure those services or not.

2. By default these phones will NOT be configured for Internet or MMS (picture messaging). Only phone calls and text messaging (SMS) will work. Additional carrier specific configurations are required if you wish to use Internet, Web, MMS etc. If you put a note at checkout with your carrier and service information for Tmobile, Cingular (AT&T) or Old AT&T Wireless we will do our best to do the appropriate setups but for any other carrier you will have to contact your carrier directly if you use these functions. We are NOT able to configure for Ringtones service with any of the carriers including Tmobile, AT&T (Cingular) and Old AT&T; nor for email access since it requires your specific personal login details during setup.
3. Most phones we sell are compatible to the world market and are in general manufactured for European or Asian markets (like most electronics online sellers). As a result menu options/spellings may vary slightly. Be assured that we only try to acquire top quality merchandise at competive prices.
4. Since this is an international phone we are unsure on manufacturer warranty conditions in US. You should be able to purchase warranty from SquareTrade using the appropriate link below or by contacting them. Recommendations

• We highly recommend choosing the Expedited shipping option for a small additional charge. Some customers choose Standard shipping and then anxiously contact us for the status but note that we can only limit our responses to cases where the expected delivery timeframe has passed.
• We also recommend purchasing the optional insurance for a nominal fee. It may be worthwhile to pay the small amount since you are purchasing an expensive item. Note that once the item is shipped you are covered by this insurance in case something unforeseen happens during transit.
• The optional SquareTrade warranty should be seriously considered. Most unlocked phones that we sell (like most online electronics sellers) are from international/foreign market where the technology is more flexible and open; in contrast to the US where a few carriers monopolize the mass market by keeping phones locked to their networks. We are unsure on manufacturer warranty conditions but you may purchase warranty from SquareTrade using the appropriate link later in the listing or by contacting them. Payment Policies

• We can only ship to a Paypal Confirmed Address within US & Canada. No Exceptions.

• In majority of cases a signature is required at the time of delivery. We are not able to prevent this nor able to route delivery to an alternate location (ex. Management Office) and these decisions generally depend upon the carrier.

• Please specify your ship-to (delivery) address in the appropriate fields in Paypal shipment address section only and NOT in comments or in an email. We automatically print shipment labels for all our orders in bulk and can ONLY ship to the address generated/provided by the system/Paypal. We will not be responsible and cannot reimburse in case an item gets lost in this manner especially since the person shipping is often different than the person checking emails/messages.

• All payments requesting delivery to an UNCONFIRMED PayPal address or to a different address in comments/email maybe subject to partial refund (or none) until a CONFIRMED payment is received. This process will also delay the S&H time frame.

• Canadian customers are responsible for any fee, taxes and duties charged by the customs or other entities. We ship all Canadian shipments USPS mail as this typically leads to least monetary impact for most customers but customer will be responsible for all charges that are assessed relating to this transaction. Note that we are unable to reduce or change the value of the item(s) shipped.

Shipping Policies

• The approximate delivery timeframe once your order is placed and a confirmed payment received is given in the table below. (Days imply Business Days and does not include holidays, weekends or the day the order is placed)

• We have no control over the transit time or any delays once the shipment has been picked-up or dropped-off with the carrier.
• We try our best to ship all Express and Expedited orders the same or next business day (M-F) but are not responsible for any delays due to incorrect orders, mailing address not recognized/accepted by the postal system, unconfirmed address specified in comments/email and other unforeseen events. Standard orders are generally shipped within 2 business days.
• We cannot use your individual or corporate account number that you may have with a carrier, to ship an item.
• We can only ship to the 50 US states, Canada and Puerto Rico to CONFIRMED addresses only. We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Boxes provided it is a Paypal Confirmed address within the US and the value of merchandise shipped to the same PO/APO/FPO address does not exceed $250 within the same month. Insurance is mandatory for PO/APO/FPO Addresses. We do not ship to Canadian P.O. Box addresses for security reasons.
• Local Pickups are welcome but payment is allowed by Cash The Shipping & Handling is waived but a $5 pickup fee applies. All local sales within VA (whether pickups or Shipped) incur a VA Retail Sales tax. Email us to order and schedule a pickup.
• All unauthorized returns (no one home, no signature, etc.) and refused items are subject to a refund minus all S&H fees / re-stocking fees paid for on the auction.
• An email with your Tracking/Delivery Confirmation number should automatically be sent to you at your Paypal email id that was used for payment. If you have not received your tracking number on either eBay or Paypal email, please check your spam folder prior to emailing us for this information.
• Note that some carriers such as USPS Priority Mail shipments only provide Delivery confirmation Number and tracking information may not be updated until a delivery attempt has been made.

Terms and Conditions

• Internet, email and picture messaging (MMS) functions are NOT pre-configured on the phone unless explicitly stated in the listing and the phone is only guaranteed to make and receive calls and SMS (text messages).
• The buyer is required to perform due diligence including but not limited to making sure this phone is compatible with your carrier prior to making any purchases.
• Verizon/Alltel/Sprint/Nextel Users:
  CDMA / iDEN networks do not use GSM phones or SIM cards and unless explicitly stated in the listing most phones that we sell will NOT work with the above CDMA networks.

Returns & Warranty Policy

• We have a 7-day return policy for DOA (dead on arrival) products. Please inspect your item when you receive it. All issues must be reported to us for exchange within 3 days of receipt of the product in order to process a return.
• We will email you a RMA (Return Material Authorization) within 72 hours of your request along with return instructions for your item once RMA is approved.
• We offer exchanges only but in exceptional cases provided the phone has not been used (Lifetime Timer < 2 minutes), we may approve refunds within the 3-day timeframe with a 15% restocking fee applied. Additional fee will apply if the phone has been used, re-programmed or if any accessories, packaging or parts are missing. S&H is not refundable once the charge has been incurred (the item shipped).
• The items advertised as AS-IS or DOA in which the listings explicitly state that returns are not allowed will not be accepted for returns.

Feedback Policy

• We leave a positive feedback on receiving a positive feedback. If you have not received back a feedback within 3 business days of leaving feedback please contact us. Receiving a positive feedback early on will make our resolve to help you even more in case you contact us or if you wish to purchase more or request extra privileges as a special customer.
• We try to sort any reasonable issues as best as we can; So please contact us before leaving a negative or neutral feedback and give us sufficient time to respond (at least 72 hours).
