HO, Scale, Model, Building, Hand Painted, Balsa Wood

I have a Very Nice Balsa Wood Building. The base measures 3" across the front by 4 1/4" front to back including front porch by about 3 1/2 inches in height. This little building is in Very Nice condition and a little delicate. The front porch was left unattached for shipping and will need a small touch of glue.

If Hand Painted and Balsa Wood is what your looking for this would make a great addition to any layout. If the building looks a little rough, it is supposed too, it gives it character.

I will ship Internationally but only by Priority Mail International, Paypal will not let me create Shipping Labels for First Class International. If Priority Mail International shippping prices are to high please don't bid. Sorry, it is not my fault.
