ROAR!!!  This Rex toy has a plastic head and arms.  The rest of him is stuffed.  When you squeeze his belly he roars.  It is not battery operated - it somehow uses air to make the noise.  It is not a super scary noise - your little one will love him as much as my son did!  He is in very good condition - no tears.  There is a light water stain if you really look on his chest.  He stands about 14" tall and 12" long.  We got him for my son many years ago - when the Toy Story movie first came out.  Honestly, I haven't seen this toy for sale anywhere.  I don't think they make him anymore...
