Insurance	Once a package is turned over to the Post Office, we are longer responsible for its safe delivery to you.  The purchase of insurance is an available option.

Returns	Returns are accepted if:  1) an item is substantially different than described; 2) is returned within ten days of confirmed delivery or receipt; 3) is received back in its original condition; and 4) is authorized for return.
International Shipping EXCEPT ITALY	Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in item price or shipping charges. These are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to buying.
