CLOSING PROCESS

- $2,000 non-refundable earnest money deposit in the form of a cashier's check or bank wire transfer. This deposit must be received within 24 hours of winning the bid. Closing of this transaction is within 5 business days after the auction ends. The balance due must be sent to our title company via cashiers check or wire transfer on or before the closing date.
