Fresh out of an old West Coast Estate you are bidding on a vintage CORVETTE FRICTION TIN TOY. Being sold AS-IS AS-FOUND for Parts or Restoration. Its not dated,but appears to be from the late 1960's to early 1970's. Looks like the 1960 / 1961 / 1962 Corvettes with the trunk .... maybe 58/59..not sure. Its not dated,but the bottom is stamped: CHEVROLET CORVETTE Made In Japan SIGN OF QUALITY Inbetween the words OF and QUALITY there is a suqare box with what looks like a Kings Crown on the inside..hard to make out. Well used and missing parts..front headlights / hood-winshield / steering wheel / passenger side rear bumper. Still has the complete front grill and bumper and all 4 wheels with original hubcaps and the interior piece with dash and seats. A few small dings..entire 1 piece undercarriage is good condition.Front wheels attached to friction assembly,but doesnt work. Fix it up...use it for the parts..or display in your vintage toy / corvette collection.
