Chanel No. 5 Eau de Cologne Vintage 8 oz bottle

This auction is for a vintage bottle of CHANEL N° 5 Eau de Cologne.  It belonged to my grandmother who passed away in 1987, so I would guess it was purchased sometime in the early 1980's and was stored in her dresser until my grandfather's passing last month.  Only a small amount has been used.  This bottle holds 8 fl. ounces of perfume.  It is a large bottle, measuring 6 inches high from the cap to the bottom, 4 3/4 inches high from the bottle shoulders to the bottom and 8 1/2 inches in circumference.  It has a black plastic cap which is emblazoned with the interlocking C's logo.  The bottle is made of clear glass. The front label reads:  EAU DE COLOGNE N° 5 CHANEL. The back of the bottle is marked:  CHANEL, INC.  NEW YORK  DISTRIBUTORS  8 FL OZS  SDA-NY-3342.  The bottom of the bottle is embossed:  CHANEL with a 4.   The bottle is in excellent condition, but is a little dusty - I cleaned it as best I could, but didn't want to use water and ruin the label - which is a bit yellowed as you can see in the picture.  The cologne is genuine Chanel and still smells good to me, though I don't wear No.5, so I am not sure if the scent has changed or not.
