Hot Wheels Blue Card #100 Peterbilt Dump Truck - Red with metal base and grey tinted windows on 7 spokes from 1996. Tomart variation #4017-c3. Card is in very good condition with some softness in the lower corners. The plastic reinforcement at the hanger has yellowed with age.
