You are bidding on TWO pair of genuine US Army Military Sateen Type 1 Coveralls. They 100% Cotton. They are OD green in color and size medium. This pair is used but in good working condition./FONT>

Military Surplus

• All military surplus items have been checked to ensure they are still functional. These items are used and because of that will have wear and tear, including: small holes, wear marks, names. Non of these will affect the functionality of the equipment.
• Grade B - More wear and tear but still functional.

Handling Fees and Dutch Auctions:

• Our auctions utilize a handling fee structure. Handling fee's are designed to help cover the costs associates with the item we are selling. The costs include packing, cleaning (if specified) testing, listing and transportation to/from our warehouse. Any handling charges that vary from our standard five dollars will be clearly listed in the item description and not hidden in the freight calculator. If you do not want to pay the handling fee then please do not bid on the item!
• We will consolidate shipping charges for multiple purchases but we do NOT consolidate handling charges. Only the first lot's handling charge is included in the freight calculator. Please wait for our correct invoice before paying.

• We request that you sent payment within seven days, that you contact us within three days to update us as to your intentions. If the item is not paid in seven days, a second notice is e-mailed to the buyer, after ten days we will make one final attempt to conclude the transaction, If payment is not received in full at the end of fourteen days, "Unless mutual agreement has been made" we will cancel sale and notify e-bay to refund our selling fees. You will be given a Non payment seller strike.

• ALL USED MERCHANDISE IS SOLD "AS IS"/WHERE IS"  THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WRITTEN OR IMPLIED EXCEPT AS STATED IN THE LISTING DESCRIPTION. 
• SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY.  I take it seriously and I hope you do the same. Seller reserves the right to cancel bids of bidders with excessive negative feedback or with insufficient  feedback.
• NO CONFIRMED, NO BID. If PayPal is your only payment method, please make sure your address with PayPal is CONFIRMED.
• US CONTINENTAL BIDDERS ONLY. Currently, I can only ship items to lower 48 states in US.
• NO P.O.Box, NO APO or FPO address is accepted.
• All sales are final!!

SHIPPING:

• Item will be shipped via DHL/FedEx with tracking number provided.
• Item is shipped to the address on your PayPal account. If it is not correct and the package is shipped to the wrong address then I am not responsible. Unless other arrangements have been made.
• Insurance is required.  I do not refund for items once they have been shipped for loss or damages
• A signature may be required upon delivery of the package.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-negotiable.
• No local pick up.
