A loose comfortable jacket to wear over a top.
Fabric , I think, is polyester.  Beautiful and flowing
There are no buttons. The short sleeves have elastic on the hem, but this can be easily removed if you do not want the gathered look.
black with white polka dots.
In excellent condition.
Fits a size 14, possibly even a size 16, as it does not do up. No label on the item because I think it may have been handmade.  Going cheap!
