This is Big Mouth Billy Bass the singing and dancing fish plaque.  This item is in new condition but I no longer have the box.  It does include the power adapter but can also run on batteries (not included).  It is made to stand up or hang on a wall.  He sings "Take Me To The River" and "Don't Worry Be Happy" while his tail flaps, his head turns and his mouth moves.  He is adjustable so you can push the button to make him go or he can be motion activated.  This would make a funny gift for the fisherman who has everything this Christmas.  If you have any questions on this item, please contact me before placing a bid.  Thanks!
