The tickets are hard tickets; for such an event, it is key to be able to keep the actual ticket as a souvenir/ proof you were there. Shipping is FREE w/ tracking. My feedback is excellent and I can guarantee you will get the tickets. However, please only bid if you know you will attend the concert for sure and can complete the transaction because I will not offer refunds simply if you or your guests cannot attend the show anymore for any reason (unless the show is cancelled.)
