I ship out within 48 hours from receipt of payment. I charge actual shipping cost only and try to ship the cheapest way, unless the price difference is small for quicker delivery. All packages come with confirmation (with exception of coupon lots. I do offer a shipping discount of $3 off each additional item won for the more expensive items, and 50% off items that shipping is $5 or under. As I mentioned, I charge actual shipping....So if for any reason you paid or were charged more than shipping actually cost (may be rounded to nearest quarter) you will be refunded the difference. I offer insurance, but need to be notified by e-mail if you would like this added to your shipping. Cost is based on products value.

I am a single mother with two children. I recently moved into a house that's square footage is less than a fourth of what I'm use to and have another child to make room for. I desperately need to downsize all of our belongings which many members of my family have been storing for me. Most of my items come from smoke free homes, however the items sit in my home (a smoker) for the duration of the auction. While in my home they are bagged and put into tubs away from the smoke, but are out for pictures. Most homes are pet free due to allergies, but I will be selling a few items from a home that has a dog. I wash all the clothing before the auction (with exception of nwt). I also buy from estate sales and would have no control over the items coming from a pet and smoke free home or not.
