This is a nice vintage Putz Christmas Mica house. It's marked "Japan" on the bottom. It is almost 6 & 1/2" w x 4 & 1/4" h x 3 & 1/8" d. It is very colorful with the front porch in a rose pink & a very pretty turquoise/ robin egg blue base. The roof blue is more med slate blue. I believe there was another brush tree on the left side in front - don't have it. The window upstairs on right is out, but I just noticed it is laying in the house - you can put it back in! And the window in the door is out. There is a minor chip on the front left, near the middle of the roof. There is nice flocking & glitter throughout the piece! It's a very pretty house to add to your village! No reserve! Thank you for your interest and bids! Must be paid for within 10 days of the end of the sale.
