You are bidding on a 1980 popeye picture frame. The picture part only measures 3" x 4". The stand in the back is broken as shown in picture 2. I think this may be able to be fixed by someone who knows what they are doing. Please check out my other auctions.  I gladly combine shipping. THanks for looking & good luck bidding!
