**Disclamier**

I list things to the best of my ability, sometimes using the pre-filled information provided by Ebay. Mistakes do occur, so if you have a question about the cd you are bidding on, feel free to contact me and I will answer your question, ususally in less than a day.  If there is a problem or conflit with the information Ebay's pre-filled information list, I will try to correct it, but sometimes I miss things. I'm sorry about that. If I sell you a cd that is not listed correctly with Ebay's pre-filled information, I will refund the purchase price and shipping of that cd to you once you return the cd to me.

All CD's come with artwork and case.  I try to make sure the cases are in good condition, but most are used and sometimes have scratches and/or cracks on them from normal use.  I'll put in the description if the case is really bad.

If there is any problem with the cd or it doesn't play for you, I will refund your money, just let me know.  I try to check them, but I may make a mistake and miss something.  I'll work with you on any problems that come up.

PAYMENT

Buyer should contact me within ~~ 72 hours ~~ of auction end with payment preference. Payments are to be made within 7 days of auction end, unless you are bidding on additional listings of mine.  If you are, please let me know.  I accept most kinds of payment except personal checks made out to me.

NON-PAYERS WILL BE REPORTED TO EBAY!!!

SHIPPING

I use the address you provide to paypal, so make sure this is where you want it shipped.  I usually ship within 24 hours of cleared payment (except weekends and holidays) and will combine shipping, so check out my other auctions!

If you are buying more than one cd from me, please ask for an invoice before paying so I can make sure to give you the shipping discount. 

For US shipping: $3 first cd, $1.50 each additional cd.  If you purchase one cd, it is shipped USPS, First Class mail.  If you purchase more than one cd, I will ship the items Media mail unless you request it to be mailed priority.

For Canada shipping: $4 first cd, $2.50 each additional cd.

For International shipping: $7 first cd, $4 each additional cd.

Shipping prices are firm.  Please don't ask me to give you a discount just because you buy a large amount of cds from me.

Insurance is optional, but recommended…I am not responsible for what happens after I leave the item at the post office.  I am not responsible for the length of time it takes the USPS to deliver.  I will use USPS only. Thanks for looking!
