 This dining set was in my great Aunt's mansion in Deal, NJ.  It needs refinishing, or at least a good cleaning.  We are unsure of the age and value of the set, but want it out of our basement.

TABLE:  70" X 40" x 30" high
ARM CHAIR:  22.5" wide (front of seat) X 18.5" deep X 44" high
SIDE CHAIR:  19.5" wide X 18" X 39.5" high

A: Yes, the leaves are each 20" in length and are actually part of the table, underneath the tabletop!
