7 days after the buyer receives it | To quailfy for a return you must follow these directions.
1. Email pamelacoe@cox.net ASAP and describe your reason for return.
2. Wait for timely response,typically 24 hours or less.
3. Do not send back auction items without being asked to do so by Dezigndimpulse ;)
4. Mail item back along with original package to insure prompt refund.
5. There is never a return of shipping costs, only winning item cost.
6. If items are damaged during shipping, insurance claims are persued by the buyer |
