Payments are expected within seven (7)
business days of auction end unless other arrangements have been made.
Items will be shipped within two (2) business days of payment received. All
items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation Tracking Numbers for your security
and convenience. Local pickup is not available. We will
consider combining orders if we can do so safely. All combined orders
will be shipped using the most economical and safest way possible, but the
service will be at our discretion. Items will be securely packaged, but
we cannot be responsible for damages during shipping or lost items. We will make insurance available when paying
your bill.
We charge our actual
shipping costs only.
If shipping is less than
the quoted price, you will be refunded the difference.

receive a shipping discount.

You must have prior authorization before returning merchandise. Please mail the item back in the same condition the item was received. Under no circumstances are shipping fees refundable. The shipping fees went directly to the shipping service. If an item arrived broken, all items shipped had the optional or required insurance. If an item is lost or damaged, a claim needs to be made. We will help in assisting with any documentation needed (Email Us). If no insurance was taken, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. The insurance is a small amount to pay for piece of mind.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
