TAX INFORMATION:
Some counties generate their tax notices for the current year and other counties generate their tax notices for the upcoming year. We've taken the time to verify that all tax notices generated by the Treasurers Office are paid up to date. All future tax notices generated after the date we complete the documents for the buyer, will be the responsibility of the buyer. But again, all notices generated to this date have been paid. Some Treasurers Offices only update their ownership records once a year. If the ownership records haven't been updated at the time the notices are produced, we'll be sure and forward the notice to the new owner in a timely fashion.
FRAUD:
There may be attempts by individuals representing themselves as Divine Estates offering a second chance offer to our runner up bidders. Their e-mails usually say that our highest bidder didn't complete the transaction, and if you send them the money they'll sell it to you instead. At times we do contact other bidders so the e-mail could be legitimate. We only use the email address divineestate@hotmail.com.
when communicating through e-mail to our customers. If you receive such offers through email or through the eBay Contact Member Service, be sure and verify that the e-mail address is ours or that it was sent from eBay member name DivineEstate. You can always forward the message to our e-mail address so we can verify if it's indeed legitimate. Let's hope this fraud alert stops these scams preventing any loss to you!

Where you see the word "crossroads" and where it saids "power" or "water" going to "house" please ignore it, they are going to the property though. Also please ignore the legal description given for it is wrong. There are no houses on the properties.
