It is a very cute design of a sampling of sports equipment each in little squares with striped blue borders. There is a basketball jersey, shoes and basketball, a baseball and glove and a baseball cap, a soccer ball and soccer cleats, and a football, helmet and football jersey, each with golden stars. In the blue and red pennant and gold stars in the center you add the lucky baby's first name, the blessed date of birth and birth weight.
