Vintage, 3 3/4 Inch, Celluloid Santa Claus

This is a vintage, Celluloid, 3 3/4 Inch Santa Claus holding a lantern.  It does have fading and has one very minor crack around where you see the two black smudges of paint to the left side of Santa.  I don't believe the crack goes through.  Never noticed it when I bought it, but on close inspection you can see it.
