This is a very neat and very rare kit from Monogram Models in their Young Astronaught series.  This is a 1/72 scale B-52 Stratofortress with the X-15 experimental aircraft.

The kit is new in the box and is unopened.  There is some overspray on the cello wrap on the extreme left side, the box was near my paint booth, but as I said the cello wrap is intact and the contents have been undisturbed.

The model is brand new and has been in my collection.  Kit number of this rare out of production kit is 5907.

It will be a welcome addition to any collection.  I have over 1,000 kits and I am thinning things out as my hobby has changed to woodworking.
