Good Gorham Aesthetic COPPER TABLE LAMP / LIGHTER-1882

For sale is an aesthetic period Gorham copper and bronze table lamp / lighter. The piece is 4 3/4 inches long, 3 inches wide and stands about 1 7/8" tall at the handle. The piece is very simple, with just a ribbed top for decoration. The wick cover and lid are connected with a chain as shown. The bronze handle is topped with a lion mask. The piece has not been monogrammed. The lamp is marked with the Gorham Anchor trademark, "GORHAM CO. / Y65" and an "O" date code for 1882.

Condition on the piece is fairly good. There is a shallow dent on one side, as shown. The patina is largely undisturbed. A good piece!
