International Buyers –

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. First Class International Shipping can take anywhere from 7-21 days & Priority Mail takes anywhere from 7-12 days depending on your country. Canada is usually the quickest.

   Feedback-

Feedback is very important to us. We try to leave postive feedback for all our customers within 30 days of cleared payment received. We appreciate a postive feedback be left for us as soon as you have time once you have received your item. Please contact us with any concerns about your item before leaving negative/neutral feedback.

   Shipping-

We process all our orders within 2 buisness days of your purchase. Weekends and Holidays are not buisness days. You will receive either a message from Paypal shipping or from us stating your item has been shipped out. If you are needing your item sooner than 14 days please don't select USPS Parcel Post as alot of these shipments take anywhere from 7-21 days. From time to time we do ship FedEx Home delivery instead of USPS Parcel Post. We do combine shipping as long as you wait for a combined shipping invoice.

   Insurance-

If insurance is purchased on any order we will self insure your package. Which means we may or may not purchase the insurance from the post office but you are still covered either way. The reason we do this is because it is so time consuming to file a claim with the post office. Instead we verify the delivery confirmation and if it shows it was not delivered to you within 10 days for USPS Priority Mail or 21 days for USPS Parcel Post  you will be refunded the cost of your item plus shipping ( Insurance is nonrefunable). If your item is damaged in the mail please contact us for further instructions. Any lost or damaged items shipped by FedEx will have to have claims opened with FedEx. Please email with any questions or concerns you may have at anytime.

   Returns-

We will accept returns if you have contacted us within 3 days of receiving your item. All return shipping costs are not refundable unless we have made the error. Refunds are processed to your Paypal account once the item(s) is received. Please contact us for all return issues.
