This mat is ideal for any martial arts, grappling or fitness. Mats are only three months old. This is a one piece mat and is easy to clean. Mat is approximately 25' x 28' x 1 3/8" thick. Vinyl and foam are separate and wood boarder is included. Also included is a 5' x 10' x 8" thick crash pad / throwing mat. I will also include both punching bags seen in picture. Originally paid $4800.
