Vintage photo album/scrapbook, very good condition

Very old photo album/scrapbook in very good condition. The cover is made of a burgundy plastic with a focal on the front cover of a Dutch windmill, the front of the cover is a bit faded, probably from some light source but the back cover doesn't appear to be faded, there is a very small split at the seam but could probably be repaired. The color of the inside covers aren't faded, it has the old black heavy paper pages and appears to have all but 2-3 sheets intact. It is 10 3/4" x 8 3/4". After many years, we are finally remodeling our home, we just finished the kitchen & breakfast room so I am trying to go through the house and clear out. Because we are going to have so many things to list and I am not the fastest turtle in the race, the descriptions are going to be very concise on most items but if you need additional information on a listing please email us and we will get back to you hopefully, within 24 hours.

We accept payment with Paypal . Payment must be received within 5 days after auction ends, if it is not, item will relisted and bidder will be reported to Ebay as non-paying. We are happy to combine items for shipping on auctions ending within 7 days after first auction. If you are bidding on additional items, email us, we will combine purchases on one invoice.

We try to ship within 24-48 hours after payment has cleared barring any unforeseen circumstance in which case we will notify buyer by email. We normally ship using USPS Priority mail calculated by location and zip code but we try to offer other options so please check out the detailed shipping section of the listing. If the buyer has a preference, we will try to accomodate. We do not charge a handling charge, only a $.50 charge for shipping materials per item, we charge actual shipping charge. Buyer pays shipping costs, insurance is extra and is optional but WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT IF INSURANCE IS DECLINED BY THE BUYER..

Return & Refund Policy

The items we sell are mostly things we have accumulated over the years and are used unless noted in the description as new. We strive to give an accurate description of each item noting any flaws or defects, as well as photos. Therefore, all items are sold as is with returns accepted only if the item received is not the item in the description and photos. If the buyer feels this is the case we must receive an email within 24 hours after buyer receives item describing the problem. If an item is returned:

• Item must be returned within 7 days.
• Buyer will pay return shipping and insurance.
• Refund of the price of the item will be refunded after we receive it in the same condition as when we shipped it.

This policy is in no way intended to be unfair to either the buyer or to us but we have had a couple of buyers who blatantly damaged items, then returned them for a refund, this is the reason we had to add this policy. Although the vast majority of  Ebay buyers and sellers are very honest people there seem to be the very few who are not.
