Your item is shipped using Registered Sign-For Postal services, means that someone needs to be at home to sign upon delivery. If nobody at home to receive the item, notes will be left. The item need to be picked up at the nearest post office as indicate on the notes.
After 2 weeks duration, the item will be shipped back to the sender if it is unclaimed. We can reship back the item to you after we received the unclaimed/returned item, however, you will have to pay for the shipping fees.
