San Francisco, 1849. Gold has been discovered in California! You can find it in the mountains, the rivers and even the desert! And there is enough for you and up to three other players to make a fortune...but you'll have to take the risks!

Objective: The winner is the player who acquires the most weight in gold.

Game is in excellent condition, doesn't even look like it's been played. Box is in very good condition because of light shelf wear.

Please be certain you have an older PC and older versions of DOS or Windows or are an expert with Windows XP or Vista compatibility modes before bidding. Compatibility with all PC configurations cannot be guaranteed. There are many resources on the web which can assist in getting older DOS/WINDOWS programs to work under Windows XP. I can give you a website to locate such programs - I downloaded one and installed it and I am playing ALL of my old games!

We sell a variety of items on Ebay; most of which are purchased from either private or public estates. We realize the importance of describing items in as much detail as possible so that there are no "hidden surprises." However, if there is an area we have failed to mention, please don't hesitate to ask additional questions or for additional pictures as our omission is due to our lack of knowledge only. We encourage you to preview the photographs carefully as we take great steps in presenting many detailed photographs to ensure you will know what you are getting. Unless otherwise noted, most items are used and; therefore, are not offered with any warranties or guarantees - all items are sold "as is."

PAYMENTS:

I suppose Paypal. Seeing as how every other buyer is being forced out of eBay - they tell me that this is the ONLY payment I am allowed to receive.

RETURNS:

No return policy.

RECEIPTS/INVOICES:

Please keep in mind that we do not enclose invoices with the item when shipment is made. If you need a receipt/invoice, please make a copy of your receipt/invoice directly from your Ebay accounts page.

SHIPMENTS:

Shipments are made within three business days after payment is received/cleared. This is M-F, and does not include the weekends or holidays. Please be advised that if I am to ship overseas that it may take slightly longer. I appreciate your understanding of this matter. PRIORITY gets shipped FIRST (like every 2 days) - PARCEL and MEDIA get shipped LAST (once a week). We offer Priority or Parcel Post shipping. International shipments are sent Priority International, unless otherwise noted. Customs Forms required for International Shipments are filled out accurately and honestly.

INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL:

All shipments are recommended to be insured for lost damage caused by the post office but that is up to you. Fees are determined according to the final cost of the item. You can check the USPS website to determine what that charge is as it is based on the value of the item, and difficult to determine until after the item has sold, but here is an example: ($1.65 for $50 in coverage - $2.60 for $51-$100.00 coverage etc.). We are NOT responsible for broken items if you do not purchase insurance. Please get insurance on items if you will want a refund if they arrive damaged. We go to great lengths to package properly and get them to you safely, but sometimes it is out of our hands.

DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS:

Please keep in mind that we have no control over how the postal carrier will handle your package once it is shipped. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can help to address the problem. You will need to file a claim with the post office if you were wise enough to purchase insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping is part of the transaction and not the product.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Yes, there is a $1.25 shipping, handling, and delivery confirmation charge added to each package (not per ITEM---per package). I outsource all of my shipping so that it is done on a professional basis in an extremely timely manner. You will receive some of the fastest shipping from me. I guarantee it! Please note that MEDIA and PARCEL are slower than PRIORITY. And overseas people---PRIORITY is usually the best way to go since FIRST CLASS can take up to 6 weeks (or longer) for delivery.

Please post feedback upon receipt of your item, unless "something went wrong." This will serve as confirmation that you received your item, and will remind us to post feedback for you. If you are not happy with your purchase, please try to resolve any issues with us before placing negative feedback. 99.9 percent of the negative feedback is posted in haste, by inexperienced eBayer's who have not read eBay's policy guidelines in that they should try to rectify the problem before posting. Keep in mind that feedback is meant to be used by sellers as well in expressing how they feel a buyer handled the overall transaction. If you post negative feedback without trying to at least resolve the issue with us first, you are guaranteed to receive a negative by us due to your "lack of communication."
