When will my item ship out?
If you place
your order prior to 2pm PST…it will usually go out the same
day…if it doesn’t make our afternoon pickup then it
will go out the following morning. We will email you your tracking
number as soon as your package goes out. You can always log into
your account and view the status of any order.
How long will
it take to receive my item?
USPS First Class
shipping usually takes 4-7 days.
USPS Priority
shipping usually takes 3-5 days.
I emailed you
with a question or comment, but haven’t heard back from you?
We have full
time customer service reps available, Monday through Friday from 9 am
to 4 pm pacific standard time. Someone is available via email, live
chat, and on the phone during our regular business hours. We are
here to help you in any way we can. If you contacted us via email,
we usually will get back to you the same day or at least within 24
hours. If you still haven’t heard back from us after 24 hours,
please feel free to email us again or give us a call..but we
absolutely contact everybody back as soon as we can.
Will this
phone work with my current plan?
We guarantee
that the phone will be able to be used with the carrier stated in the
listing only. You will not be able to use the phone with any other
carrier. You will not need to change your contract.
What does
“Unlocked” mean?
Phones that
utilize a SIM card, AT&T, T-Mobile, ext, can be unlocked to be
used under multiple carriers. Even though the phone originated with
AT&T(Cingular) the phone can now be used with T-Mobile and
vice-versa. Just simply put your SIM card in the phone and it will
work.
Can I have
the ESN # before purchasing?
Due to the fact
that we typically have multiple phones per listing, we are not able
to give out the ESN (Electronic Serial Number) of the individual
phones prior to the sale. We do check the phones against a database
of lost / stolen phones and we guarantee that the phone will work
with the carrier stated in the listing. We can provide the ESN prior
to sending the phone…you must purchase the phone first…then
put in the buyer’s note “that you want to check the ESN”
or contact us via email/phone. We will get you the ESN so you can
check it with your carrier. Keep in mind, this will delay the
shipment of your phone.
Are the
pictures you use for your phones of the actual phone I will receive?
The images
featured on the DotCells website are stock photos only. Please read
the complete description to make the determination of whether the
product is right for you.
What is the
physical condition of the phone?
Our used phones
vary in condition from poor to as good as new. Further, any custom
features will be listed in bold and underlined in the item
description. Please view the “DotCells Rating Guide” for
more information.
What accessories
does these phones come with?
All of our
phones come with a free wall charger and tested battery. Any other
accessories that are included will be listed in the item
description. *We do not supply SIM Cards*
My phone has
a security “lock code”?
We clear out and
reset all phones…then we set the “lock code” to
applicable phones to: 0000 or 1234
If for some
reason these two codes don’t work then search the menu for the
previous owners “phone number”…it is usually under
“phone information”. Then try the last four digits of
the phone number you find.
