OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

  To change or correct the time, simply pull out the crown until it clicks. This will allow you to turn the crown, adjusting the time as required. To restart the watch, push the crown back into place.
If watch is not to be used for a length of time, pull out the crown, as this will stop the watch from running, and thereby extend the lifespan of battery.

TO CHANGE THE BATTERY
  When your watch stops running, it is time to replace the battery. For best results, bring watch to a reputable jeweler for replacement.

Why do I have to checkout?

We need your delivery address before you pay - if you don't use our checkout we have nowhere to deliver your item. The checkout system we are using brings a host of benefits to you including automated calculation of postage discount with store purchase and automated tracking number email when we dispatch.

How do I get to the checkout?

Our checkout system is linked to the eBay checkout, so all you have to do is follow the eBay checkout procedure or click on the checkout logo in the auction.

I'm entering my email address but the checkout can't find my item?

These days many people have several email addresses. You must enter the email address that was registered with your eBay account at the time the auction closed as this is the only way the checkout can identify you. If you don't know it, log in to your eBay account and check your account settings.
Alternatively if you have left it over 10 days since winning the item the checkout may have blocked the item because of late payment - email us and ask if the item is still available to you in this instance.

What is your policy on unpaid items?

We have to take non-paying bidder offences seriously. We will file unpaid item strikes against non-payers.
Do not email us telling us that the bid was made by mistake or any other reason. We have heard them all! At our discretion, we may agree to lift unpaid item strikes if you agree to cover our listing fees.

How long after the auction closes do I have to send payment?

Payment should be received by us within 7 days of the item closing. If you wish to pay for an item after 7 days have passed, please contact us via email, as we may still be happy to sell the product to you.
Please bear in mind that we are not obliged to complete the sale after the 7 days. The item sold may have been restocked and sold to other buyers.

When will you ship my item? How long will it take for my package to arrive?

We ship within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. USPS mail usually takes 3-5 business days. UPS usually takes 3-5 business days. International packages take 4-10 business days. It's not unusual for items to take up to 3 weeks for international delivery as item may remain in custom for 1-2 weeks.

Why haven't you replied to my email?

If you get no response, either we didn't get your email, or you did not receive our reply. Many people have junk mail filters today - please check to see if your email software has deleted the response from us.
