I am willing to listen to reasonable best offers on my store items so you will usually see the “Best Offer” option on my items.  Please do not expect me to sell a $100 item for $5 so do not send in an offer unless it is a reasonable one.

If you are looking for an item that I do not currently have up, send me an e-mail and I will try and get it for you.  I have a lot of items I simply do not have a chance to list, but that does not mean I do not have it.

• All cards are shipped out in Soft/Hard Top Loaders and in bubble mailers.

Shipping Policies

Please read before bidding

My goal is to keep shipping prices low while ensuring that your packages arrive quickly and safely. I combine shipping charges on multiple items, and shipping will be via United States Postal Service (USPS).  If an item's shipping charge varies from what is listed below, I will note it in the auction description.  All US packages ship with Delivery Confirmation, which does drive up the shipping charges somewhat, but it ensures a more secure delivery.

Shipping is non-negotiable -- if you don't agree with my shipping policies, please don't bid on the items.  I do my best to ensure the items are properly packaged for shipment.  This includes purchasing Bubble Mailers for cards and Mailing Tubes for playmats.  This does drive up the initial Shipping & Handling charges up a small bit but in the collectible gaming industry, the extra protection is well worth it.  Also remember that “Shipping & Handling” charges are not only for the cost of the postage.  It also includes cost of materials and appropriate Paypal/eBay fees that become associated with each transaction.

All orders over $100 must be insured as I am not held responsible for packages that go missing or arrive damaged.  Insurance charges are based on the charges of the US Postal Service and will usually be around $1.65 - $2.00 which is definitely worthwhile if you are investing $100 or more on a purchase.

Here are the available shipping options for single cards:

• USPS First Class Mail w/Delivery Confirmation:           $3.50
• USPS Priority Mail w/Delivery Confirmation (US Only):$6.00
• USPS Registered Mail:                                             $15.00

The following terms apply to shipments within the US:

All US (Domestic) orders go out First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Single card shipments cost $3.00.  Additional Single Cards are only $1.00 extra per card. Items other than single cards will have their shipping costs noted in the auction.  If you would prefer Priority Mail, I have added that option as well.  If you require expedited shipping, please contact me for additional shipping charges.  Orders will usually ship within (3) Business days of completed payment.  I do my best to get items shipped out within (1) business day of payment, but a lot of time and effort goes into packing the items and ensure they are packaged safely and securely, and it can get difficult to ship out 50-100 packages same day.  If you need to have it by a specific date, let me know and I will work with you and do what I can to get it to you.

Insurance is recommended, as I am not responsible for uninsured packages that go missing or arrive damaged. Please e-mail me if you have any questions about shipping charges, and I'll be glad to answer them.

Note: The only methods that I will ship Internationally are via USPS Registered Mail and USPS Express Mail as they are the only secure methods that provide tracking options.  Registered Mail is only available for packages under 4 Lbs, so if your order is heavier, please contact me prior to purchasing.

Buyer is responsible for any possible fees associated with Customs.

Single card shipments cost $15.00.  Additional Single Cards are only $1.00 extra per card.  Items other than single cards will have their shipping costs noted in the auction.  For items other than single cards, international bidders should contact me for an estimated shipping cost. Shipping can get expensive on heavy and combined items, so avoid unpleasant surprises and check with me first. I will combine your total order and give you the best rate possible. Insurance is also available.  Please remember that if the insurance option is chosen, I must declare the full value to be insured for the full amount.

Registered Mail is the most secure method of shipping items internationally.  I know it can run rather expensive, but it is the best way to get a secure transaction internationally.  Registered Mail is a bit slower as it requires signature confirmation every time the package changes hands.  Please keep that in mind when leaving feedback as well.  I have no control how long a package takes during transit.

If you are waiting on auctions for some of my other items, just let me know, and I will wait to invoice you until all your auctions are complete.  I will also be willing to waive the 3 day payment time frame if I am notified that you are waiting on an auction to finish.

If you cannot meet the payment conditions, please don't bid on items. For my own protection, nonpaying bidders will be reported to eBay. Don't bid unless you know you want the item and can meet the payment conditions.

Feedback Policies

Please read before bidding

I will always leave feedback once I receive feedback.  Feedback helps me out in knowing you have received your package. Once feedback has been left for me, I will leave feedback within 24 hours.  Feedback is very important to me, so if you enjoyed the prices and the communication, Positive Feedback and a good DSR (Detailed Seller Rating) is highly appreciated! 

DSRs are very important to Power Sellers.  We are able to continue offering great prices and values on items assuming we provide great customer service.  With a high DSR value, we become eligible for discount on the “Final Value Fees” we get charged per item transaction (eBay charges Sellers about 10% of an item’s final value.  In addition, PayPal charges about 5-10% of a payment sent to a seller, which means sellers only see about 80% of an items sale total).  The higher our DSRs, the less we get charged.  So once again, Positive Feedback and a high DSR is always highly appreciated. 

If you are not satisfied with the transaction, please contact me and I will see what I can do to work things out.  I have not had any cases in which anyone has even considered leaving negative feedback, but just in case, please contact me prior to leaving Negative or Neutral Feedback and I will do what I can to help.
