NEW:  Item is brand new. It may or may not come in a sealed box.

MINT:  The phone is in near perfect condition, item is used but shows virtually no signs of use.

EXCELLENT:  Item will appear to have been very gently used with very minor signs of use that may include minor scratches and/or scuffs on some part of the phone. Minor scratches or scuffs will be nearly impossible to see from afar. The LCD may also have some very minor scratches or scuffs as well, but they will not effect it's visibility.

GOOD:  Item will appear to have been lightly used with minor signs of use that may include minor scratches and/or scuffs on some part of the phone. Minor scratches and scuffs may be slightly seen from afar. The LCD may also have some scratches and scuffs as well, but will not affect it's visibility.

FAIR:  Item will appear to have been used with obvious signs of use that may include scratches and/or scuffs on some parts of the phone. Scratches and scuffs will be visible from afar. The LCD may also have scratches and scuffs, but will not affect it's visibility.

POOR:  Item will appear to have been used with heavy signs of use that will include scratches and scuffs on some parts of the phone. Scratches or scuffs will easily be seen from afar. The LCD may also have scratches or scuffs as well, and if so will likely affect it's visibility.

EXTREMELY POOR:  Item will appear to have been used with extremely heavy signs of use and abuse and is in the worst possible cosmetic condition. Scratches and scuffs to the LCD are common and will likely be visible when turned on.
