PayPal Confirmed Address is preferred and will be used if other ship-to address is not specified.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

PayPal preferred - but other payment methods - are accepted with prior arrangement. 

However, items paid for with other means, will not ship until such time as any other means are cleared through seller’s account – usually a 10 day hold. 

NOTE: sometimes PayPal electronic transfers are frozen for 3 to 4 business days - in which time I cannot ship.

Payments for items - monies not received and verified – in one week – those items will be relisted and the bidder will receive – no pay - negative feedback/Complaint process for non-payment will be initiated.

Return Policy - Seven days after receipt - to communicate dissatisfactions- to get money back - and then 2 weeks to get it back to me.  Buyer pays shipping back which could be reimbursed if a justified/warranted return.
