Items sold are from our family's estate.Our closets are full as well as our barn. Yup, I said barn; we live in a small very quiet town in Michigan with a few acres.I enjoy going to country garage sales during the summer months and local estate sales, I pride myself in buying quality new and used name brand items to sell at a lower price than you'll find in any store.

There will be no returns or refunds unless I really make a huge mistake in my description's .Some items are new in packages and other items are like new with little wear. Also during the winter we do use our wood burning fire place some items might have a smoke smells even after washing and storing in plastic bags, smoke smell will come out with a second washing. All washable items are washed before shipping, other items are wiped down and cleaned. Hope this helps you before you place a bid.
