- Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are fixed per item (each auction is considered 1 item); any variable quantity purchase listing such as an Ebay Store Listing, shipping rate is calculated based on the quantity purchased, and is payable for packaging supplies, business operational cost, and postage. Air delivery is from HongKong. Normally, shipping time takes around 7-28 business days. The weekend and holiday are not included, actually depends on postal process. Please make sure your address is correct. Buyers have to pay the shipping fee again if the package returned back to us because of undeliverable address.
Or please go to your nearest Post Office to check for it. At the same time, we will file a mail tracking request on Post Office. Your Patience is highly appreciated. Once your package is confirmed LOST, we will immediately refund you via Paypal. Please don't worry!
