You will recieve The 43" Plasma flat panel tv, detachable side speakers, the reciever unit, connecting reciever to tv cables, remote and the Pioneer model PDKTS04 stand. There is one problem, we were unable to get sound to the speakers. This is pick-up only, Ocean County NJ. After payment contact the seller through E-Bay for pick-up details.
