Shipping information is as follows. I am always happy to combine auction purchases to save on the shipping costs and I offer safe, careful packing using first class materials and very fast shipping world wide. All packages are shipped within three days of receiving cleared payment, sometimes on the same day.  Because I live in California, the postage costs to most of the country are quite high. For any package that weighs over 12 ounces I charge the actual amount that I pay the Post Office to mail your package and usually am able to offer a choice of options for the buyer to pick. However, even Parcel Post (the least expensive service) costs almost as much as Priority these days so there really isn’t an inexpensive way to ship unlike a few years ago. As each seller is responsible for the safe receipt of every package, even those that come to grief through mishandling by the USPS, and insurance is no longer available as an Ebay option, I am adding a handling fee to cover the cost of insuring every package I ship no matter how big or small, no matter the value. This handling fee will be on a sliding scale depending upon the value and weight of the item being insured. I am sorry to have to do this but it will be protection for both of us.  So please know that you are now protected and any item purchased from me is fully insured against breakage or loss. This will be true for both US and overseas buyers also. All overseas auctions with a ending value of $24 will only be sent by Priority mail so they may be insured. Unfortunately the less expensive option of First Class International does not offer insurance. Please note also that when leaving feedback and filling out the Detailed Selling Ratings for all ebay sellers, the shipping time is when the seller actually ships the item, not whenever it is received and the shipping charges apply only to what the seller has charged, and are not meant to be a comment upon the rates charged by the shipping service.

For all US buyers, only payment by Paypal can be accepted and all transactions are expected to be completed within seven days from the auction end.  An additional note to International buyers. All import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping amount and these charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding and buying. I cannot mark merchandise values below the selling price or mark items as “gifts” as US and international government regulations prohibit this.
